Custom solutions for the perfect fit

Not every HMI design can be realized with a standard display. Mechanical constraints, interface requirements, optical performance and lifetime expectations often require adaptation.

Together with our partners, we support semi-custom and fully custom HMI display solutions. Typical adaptations include FPC, cable and connector changes, backlight optimization, custom cover glass, and integrated touch technologies.

This approach enables engineers to optimize usability, integration and long-term availability without redesigning the complete HMI architecture.

Upgrade your HMI with a Smart Rotary Knob Display


Enhance your user interface with the compact TSS013004A 1.3” Rotary Knob Display, powered by an STM32 MCU. The UI content is supported by the freely available TouchGFX software.

Through optimization algorithms, this device achieves rapid collaboration among the main chip, display screen and encoder switch, resulting in an excellent screen refresh rate and dynamic display effect. The module adopts an integrated design, and the screen, electric control and coding switch are integrated into one body, with excellent reliability and control feel. It is suitable for various application scenarios that require a button control, such as home appliances, automotive and industrial controls.

Designed for simple GUI applications, this device features utilizes the STM32C091 MCU and utilizes a “rotate and press” function. For proof of concept or evaluation purposes this device is also available with a USB-C powered adaptor board, the TSD TSS013004A-AD, which allows the device to be quickly and easily powered up.

32-inch 4K Mini-LED Full-Array Local Dimming Display with 3200-zone architecture

 

Lincoln Technology Solutions previews an upcoming 32‑inch 4K Mini‑LED Full‑Array Local Dimming display platform for high‑performance visual systems.

The LCD363 engineering sample uses a 31.5″ 4K UHD panel. A 3200‑zone Mini‑LED backlight provides precise local control of brightness and contrast. This delivers deep blacks, bright highlights and fine shadow detail.

Target specifications include up to 1500 nits peak brightness, 98% DCI‑P3 color coverage and 10‑bit color depth. 
This makes the platform suitable for applications such as medical imaging, industrial visualization and broadcast systems, where image accuracy is critical.

The Mini‑LED design reduces blooming and improves thermal performance.

Its slim mechanical profile supports integration into space‑constrained, mission‑critical embedded display systems.

LCD technology for cost-effective designs
 
With low NRE costs and proven stability, LCD is a practical solution when simplicity and cost-efficiency matter.
 
We support TN, STN and FSTN in standard character and small graphic modules, plus custom glass and custom MVA options.

OLED for compact, low-power designs
 

PMOLED and AMOLED offer design flexibility across wide temperature ranges.

 

Solutions from 0.42” to 27”, in standard, semi-custom or fully custom formats.

 

With options up to 4K resolution, touch, interface boards, cover glass and evaluation.

Flexible TFT displays, faster integration
 

TFT displays in a wide range of sizes and customization options including FPC changes, backlight optimization, and touch integration.

 

For more advanced designs, Smart Displays with built-in UART, CANbus, and RS485 help reduce development time and simplify integration.

E-paper for ultra-low power and clear visibility


E-paper displays with strong visibility in direct sunlight. Well suited for a wide range of industrial and embedded applications.

 

Our portfolio includes monochrome, tri-color, 7-color, flexible and low-temperature options in sizes up to 42”.

Embedded computing to complete the system

 

Embedded computing helps completes the system beyond the display. 

 

System‑on‑Modules (SoMs) and Single‑Board Computers (SBCs) offer a scalable platform for medical, industrial, IoT and edge applications.

By combining display and embedded computing, engineers can create more efficient and complete system architectures, from concept to production.

High Performance 4K Graphics Processor

 

In applications that require a secondary screen, the SM768 is a high-performance graphics processor designed for dual-display operation.

 

It features two independent display channels, enabling concurrent control of a primary and secondary display with flexible configuration.

 

The device supports a wide range of output interfaces, including HDMI, DVI, VGA, LVDS, and other digital display interfaces, simplifying integration in multi-display embedded systems.


Display resolution supports up to 4K UHD (3840x2160@30p) or 2K/Full HD@60p. SM768 supports H.264/MJPEG hardware video decoding. 

 

There's also an option for embeded 256MB DDR3 memory into a single 19x19mm package.

Embedded applications using HDD or raw NAND today can migrate to Ferri-eMMC®

 

Due the current market situation it’s very difficult to get allocation for small density 8 to 32GB eMMC devices.

 

For the bigger densities we do still have capacity available.

 

Ferri-eMMC® capacity ranges from 8GB to 1TB and is available in C-temp: -25°C ~ +85°C  up to AEC-Q100 Grade. Available in 100/153-ball BGA packages.

 

Additionally, Ferri-eMMC® can be customized via firmware for specific features and applications.

 

Ferri-eMMC® is optimally designed for a wide range of embedded applications. And it is fully compliant to the JEDEC standards for eMMC 5.1 protocols.

Building an HMI solution often involves more than just a display.
